Thank you for choosing Egyptors for your travel adventures. Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before booking your tour with us. By booking with Egyptors, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Booking and Payment

1.1 Deposit and Final Payment:

A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total tour cost is required at the time of booking to secure your spot.
The remaining balance must be paid at least 30 days before the tour start date.

1.2 Late Bookings:

Bookings made within 30 days of the tour start date must be paid in full at the time of booking.

1.3 Payment Methods:

Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other approved methods.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

2.1 Cancellation by the Traveler:

Cancellations made more than 30 days before the tour start date: Full refund minus the deposit.
Cancellations made 15–30 days before the tour start date: 50% refund of the total tour cost.
Cancellations made less than 15 days before the tour start date: No refund.

2.2 Cancellation by Egyptors:

Egyptors reserves the right to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., force majeure, low bookings). In such cases, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

3. Changes to Your Booking

3.1 Changes by the Traveler:

Changes to bookings (e.g., date changes, tour upgrades) are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

3.2 Changes by Egyptors:

While we strive to provide the exact itinerary as booked, Egyptors reserves the right to make minor changes due to operational or safety concerns.

4. Travel Insurance

All travelers are required to have travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and personal belongings. Egyptors is not responsible for any costs incurred due to a lack of insurance.

5. Inclusions and Exclusions

5.1 Inclusions:

Accommodation, transportation, guided tours, and entrance fees as specified in the itinerary.
Some meals may be included as stated in the tour details.

5.2 Exclusions:

Flights, personal expenses, optional excursions, gratuities for staff (recommended $40 per person), and tips for guides ($7–$10 per day, depending on performance).
Travel insurance is not included.

6. Travel Requirements

6.1 Passports and Visas:

Travelers are responsible for ensuring they have a valid passport and the necessary visa to enter Egypt.

6.2 Health and Fitness:

Some tours may require moderate physical activity. Travelers are responsible for assessing their fitness level before booking.

7. Liability

Egyptors acts as an agent for hotels, transport companies, and other service providers. While we ensure the quality of these services, we are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage caused by third-party services.
Travelers assume full responsibility for their actions and personal belongings during the tour.

8. Code of Conduct

Egyptors expects all travelers to respect local customs, traditions, and laws. Behavior that is disruptive, disrespectful, or illegal will result in removal from the tour without a refund.

9. Photography and Media

By participating in a tour, travelers consent to the use of photos and videos taken during the tour for marketing purposes. If you prefer not to appear in promotional materials, please inform us in advance.

10. Complaints and Feedback

If you encounter any issues during your tour, please notify your guide or contact Egyptors immediately.
Feedback is always welcome and helps us improve our services.

11. Force Majeure

Egyptors is not liable for cancellations or disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, political instability, or other unforeseen circumstances.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Egypt. Any disputes shall be resolved in Egyptian courts.
